RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you would like to return a product, please keep in mind that the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it and in the original packaging. If the item is returned missing any of its contents, or the product is damaged and cannot be resold, you may be charged a fee to cover the product’s cost. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We cannot refund the return shipping costs; however, you can arrange your own return shipping through Evri or DPD.

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service Team, who will do their best to assist you.
You can contact our Customer Service Team via the website here or by emailing customercare@plesjour.com.
You will be refunded directly to the card used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
RETURNS CHECKLIST
1. The item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. The item was not purchased longer than 14 days ago.
3. The product can be returned in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return; however if exchanging, we will re-ship free of charge.
5. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.
6. Items must have been purchased from www.plesjour.com. If you have bought your item from one of our stockists, please contact them.
Please note that we do not offer a pre-paid returns service.
